Does the free plan expire?
No. It has no clock on it. It carries a monthly mention allowance on one Instagram account, listed with every plan, and includes DMs, comments on your own posts, the creator list, the overview dashboard, usage rights requests, a campaign, alert rules and CSV export. Paid plans raise those limits and add advanced reporting, room for a team and the API.
What counts as a mention?
A tag in a photo or video, your handle in a caption, your handle in a comment on someone else’s post, and a Story mention.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Sign up, sign in to Instagram and Signal starts collecting your tags, mentions, DMs and comments straight away.
Are reach and earned media value measured?
No. They are labeled estimates. Signal shows the follower, format and engagement inputs used to calculate them.
Can I change plans or leave?
Yes. You can change or cancel your plan, and export your workspace data before leaving.
Does yearly billing cost less?
The pricing switch shows the current yearly price and its monthly equivalent directly from the plan catalogue.
